I’m Mo Sakr, a young entrepreneur working at the intersection of AI and business. I bring consulting and engineering together: figuring out where AI belongs, then building the systems around that need.

Over the past three years, my work has spanned go-to-market, internal operations and custom AI systems—from outreach and enquiry workflows to agents built around a company’s knowledge and expertise.

Through the GTM Readout, I help B2B companies understand where their go-to-market stands, where AI can help, and what is worth putting right. Alongside the Readout, I consult on and build custom AI systems for businesses with a specific challenge or an idea they want to bring to life.

I lead every project personally—from understanding the problem and shaping the approach to the work itself and the conversations along the way.

AI agents for an education company

For a large education company, I translated detailed teaching principles into a series of AI agents. Each brought together a database of the relevant material and a defined workflow for the agent to follow. The work spanned multiple principles and multiple agents, turning the company’s teaching frameworks into structured internal AI systems.

An AI advisor for an advisory firm

For an advisory firm, I built a conversational AI advisor around years of accumulated expertise. The project brought together the interface, an organised knowledge database and a structured agent workflow, so people could engage with the firm’s knowledge through a conversation. The work connected the experience on screen with the knowledge and process behind it.
