The GTM Readout is a ten-working-day assessment for B2B software and service businesses. It measures your AI shortlist presence, examines your go-to-market, and delivers written corrections and a prioritized execution plan. The work includes around a thousand AI answers, your buying path walked and timed, your public surfaces examined, and a set of finished corrections. The Readout brings the evidence and work together; it isn’t just a report.
This is about consideration before the website visit. Buyers can use AI to discover vendors and form a shortlist without ever clicking through to you. The Readout measures whether you’re part of that conversation. It doesn’t treat AI search as a promise of traffic this quarter.
A single answer can give a misleading picture. The Readout asks each buying question eight times across five engines, reports a range, and maps the sources behind the answers. It also examines the rest of your go-to-market, beyond visibility.
You can inspect the evidence: raw AI answers, real timestamps and sourced benchmarks. This is a new engagement built on published research, not a long client list. The guarantee is there to carry that risk, rather than asking you to take the findings on trust.
The scope goes beyond your web presence: offer and ICP fit, channel spend, your live sales process, data and AI return. AI answers also vary between runs, so shortlist presence is measured through repeated sampling rather than a single rank check.
The things you control—pages, enquiry handling, follow-up and profiles—can move within weeks of implementation. Shortlist presence and third-party mentions can build over months. No particular Shortlist Score is promised: engines, competitors and the sites they cite are outside our control. You still leave with a buying-path record, positioning diagnosis, channel review and finished corrections.
The fixes are written and ready to apply; you or your team publish them. Implementation, ongoing monitoring, earned-media work and building the recommended systems are separate from the Readout. You can use your own team, hire someone, or discuss a separate engagement with me.
One sixty-minute onboarding call and one sixty-minute readout. Nothing needed in between, and no system access required. Share whatever context you’re comfortable with: it sharpens the findings, but the work doesn’t depend on it.
We’ll run a small AI visibility check before we meet. On the 30-minute intro call, we’ll review your results and walk through the GTM Readout, what you’ll get, and whether it’s a fit.
